Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes
April 26, 2016
Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

The March minutes were read and approved.
Two Motor Vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted. All appropriate paperwork was signed.
One Personal Property abatement application was reviewed and granted. All appropriate paperwork was signed.
A Forest Management Plan was received for land currently in Chapter 61B. The acreage of the plan needs to be reconciled prior to the Assessors signing off on the plan.
A listing for a Tunxis property was brought to the attention of the Assessors. The high value on the listing will inspire another conversation about Tunxis values with DOR.
